How much can I use for free?

Every training can be tried on a shared free allowance of 10 sessions total across all trainings. One session is consumed roughly every 20 questions (about 20 measures in the rhythm trainings). After that, a subscription continues full access — see Pricing for details.

Can I keep my purchase after switching devices?

Yes. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase, tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the app's purchase screen — restoring is free. See Support for details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → "Subscriptions" → select "Solfege PRO" and cancel. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. Step-by-step instructions are on the Support page.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Submit your request at reportaproblem.apple.com; whether a refund is granted is decided by Apple. See Support for more.

Does it work offline?

Yes. All instrument sounds are bundled in the app and questions are generated on your device, so the trainings work offline. Purchasing and restoring purchases do require an internet connection.

What is the microphone used for?

Only to detect claps and taps in the rhythm trainings. Audio is processed on your device — it is never stored as a recording or sent to any server. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Which devices and OS versions are supported?

Solfege PRO runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 17.6 or later. An Android version is not currently available.

Which trainings are included?

Eight trainings: Interval, Chord Recognition, Scale Recognition, Chord Progression, Rhythm, Sight Reading, Rhythm Sight Reading, and Fretboard. See the App Feature Overview for details and the Manual for how to choose each setting.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Solfege PRO has no account registration and does not collect your name or email address. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Is my practice data synced or transferable?

Practice history and statistics are stored only on your device; there is no iCloud or other cloud sync. This means practice history does not carry over to a new device. Your purchase (the subscription) does carry over via "Restore Purchases."
